Best diner in Niceville. Good portions for reasonable price. I mean the food is delicious. You can tell the menu was made by someone with an appreciation for food, fresh with the home made touch. Perfect for an after church brunch or a leisurely lunch on a day off.

The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was outstanding! The breakfast on a bagel was ridiculous. If you're visiting FWB definitely stop here!

Excellent hidden gem. It's small and busy (because the food is good), staff is super friendly too. You can tell they care, enjoy and are proud of what they do here. Only FYI is it's a tad warm in there, but hey it's a small joint and that kitchen is putting out some heat. Looking forward to enjoying some coffee and breakfast there this winter!

The atmosphere was like a HomeTown little cafe. It had a wonderful look and feeling as we walked in the door. The staff were fantastic with all the information we needed. Most importantly the food was excellent and the cost very reasonable. Would recommend to anyone. A great find.

I stumbled upon this hidden gem here in FWB. The comfort food here is AMAZING!!! I *can* make my own breakfast food and sandwiches at home, BUT, there is something that goes into these creations that makes them stand out. I have already had several of them and I CANNOT say enough WONDERFUL things about them!!! For instance, their bacon is a thick cut maple cured. It is ALMOST candied on the outside. PURE heaven in your mouth! I always seem to have the bacon in their AMAZING BLT. Their Pilgrim sandwich (Thanksgiving on a sandwich) is AMAZING also! I could go on. It is so cozy inside. It is DEFINITELY worth checking out!!!

The sweetest staff ever. The aroma of coffee and maple bacon hits you as soon as you walk in. Gets crowded when it's busy but worth a wait because the breakfast is amazing. Home cooked food, great portions, coffee roasted in house. Must return.

Nobody has better coffee than Blue Collar! Roasted right on premise! They have amazing breakfast and breakfast sandwiches. I highly recommend the BOB (breakfast on a bagel) Their club sandwich for lunch is awesome too!

Tight dining space but the food and service were fantastic! The gal waiting on us seemed like she was, likely, the owner. Every guest was acknowledged with a hello and a smile as they entered, food service was prompt even while there was standing room only. Bagels are very large and fresh! Blue Collar Cafe is the best breakfast and brunch place in town! The bacon breakfast burrito is the best! And the croissants are made from scratch and they are awesome. The maple bacon is to die for. My sister is addicted to the bacon!

The best food you can find in the Destin area. Menu is full of excellent choices, however, just close your eyes and point and whatever the staff brings will be big league. Coffee beans roasted in house, breads and snacks are as well. I've heard countless stories from people that live here how this is the only restaurant you need to be concerned with and they're completely correct. No beach yuppie hype, no over-exaggerated promises, just killer food and lovely people.

Had the everything B O B bagel and was great. The Jazzy coffee was so good also with hints of maple.

Atmosphere, atmosphere, and tasty eats. Literally a hole in the wall of a restaurant. If you didn’t know better you’d never see it. Yet, the line is out the door every visit. They roast there coffee beans in house. Try the “Jazz” blend. Homemade baked goods (scones, bagels, and more). No frills, just good eats.

What a great place for a quick bite. They have great breakfast and lunch offerings, and are available the entire time they are open, till about 2 pm. They make the bagels on site, as well as the maple glazed bacon. Both are amazing!

Wow. This is a hidden gem in Ft Walton. Highly recommend the bagels. My breakfast burrito was excellent.

Fantastic brunch, great service, food value. Food cooked fresh, wide variety of excellent choices, fresh-roasted coffee. Add that to friendly service and a clean cafe--what more could you want?

Blue Collar Cafe is hidden in a little shopping strip on Hollywood Blvd. It's not fancy and meals are served on paper plates. But they put great food together with friendly service and great prices. Home cooking! Fresh roasted coffee is done on a wonderous machine that crouches behind the main counter. Look out, there is a display case filled with pasteries and breads. This was my first time here but it won't be my last!

Best breakfast in Fort Walton Beach! Great coffee, roasted in-house... And Chris knows his way around grits and eggs! And the maple bacon is life-changing.

I constantly see this place pop up on the "Best of the Emerald Coast" lists, and it really deserves it. It's totally unassuming, but the service and food are top notch for very reasonable prices. Be sure to pick up a pastry on your way out--they're worth a stop all by themselves.

I give three stars because even though we enjoyed the atmosphere throughly the food was meh It was substantially adequate for breakfast My husband and I each got.a platter and our 2 year old got what I thought was one egg.He couldnt eat the eggs because they were throughly peppered through Even upon mentioning it no effort was made to make our son new.eggs he could eat. Thank goodness fruit was.offered with the platters and I fed him my toastUpon checkout we were charged the full $9! For his uneaten eggs!My husband mentioned this when we got home otherwise I would have correct it straightaway Would we go back yes but we, I will definently make sure to check the bill amd order eggs no pepper

I had the B.O.B. (breakfast on a bagel) which was served on a homemade bagel with homemade maple bacon and a cheese omelet. It was amazing! It came with fresh fruit too. The service was timely and friendly. I was in a large group that meets regularly and the owner gave us some free sweets to show appreciation. I definitely recommend this place.

I had the breakfast croissant with a side of corn beef hash, it was very good. The service was superb, they even opened the door for us on the way out. We took full advantage of their bakery. We left with some awesome oatmeal raisin cookies, chocolate chip cookies, a brownie, and a heavily covered pecan doughnut. We hope to make it over for lunch in the near future.

The bacon here is incredibly delicious. It was presented nicely too even if it was just a paper plate!

My only reason that I gave it a 4 is because of the plastic ware that they use here. For the price I believe that they need to invest in stainless steel silverware and nice plates, cups, etc. Otherwise the service, food, friendliness of the establishment is excellent.

House coffee is absolutely fantastic. Food was average and some of it came out cold but tasted fine. For some reason all dinnerware and silverware are plastic giving a very cheap feel (even if prices are otherwise). I'd recommend to try but the place right next door had better food for what I ordered.

This little gem has been in business for awhile. I never think to stop here. It's not real fancy inside but the food and freshly roasted coffee make up for the atmosphere. It's a true locals place. They roast their own coffee here and you can buy beans by the pound. They serve breakfast all day and they also serve lunch. I couldn't resist their truly homemade cinnamon swirled French Toast! I only ate one piece and took the other to go for tomorrow's breakfast. Super yummy!! They have lots of other homemade pastries and bagels. Their thick Maple bacon was good. I'll definitely be coming back! (Sorry if duplicate photos show up... Google maps is not my friend today and my photo does not show up for me in my review)

The Niceville location has plenty of room compare to the old FWB location. Food is good, coffee hot, service friendly. Love being able to take a seat and have a good breakfast. I haven't done lunch yet but I will. FWB lost a gem.

My boyfriend and I have made it a tradition to stop at a new hole in the wall breakfast place on every vacation. Blue Collar Cafe has been by far the best one we have visited. Just as other reviews have suggested- the bacon is just unexplainably delicious. The coffee is also very good. Can’t wait to visit Destin again so we can visit!!

Amazing food! Fresh and delicious! An unassuming little cafe with a good variety of breakfast and lunch items at great prices.Served on paper plates with plastic ware but hey it's about the amazing food not the plates and such.Friendly helpful staff! Great service! Nice variety of fresh ground coffee/espresso beans! Seating is a little tight but it works.We will definitely be back to try more of the other menu items next time we are in the area!
